The SNAPsolution for Conferencing allows you to launch next generation conferencing services using industry standard SIP endpoints. Conferencing can be easily added as a stand-alone addition to an existing network, or as part of a comprehensive end-to-end solution in tandem with other business or residential services.
There are multiple web portals available to the leaders and administrators of the Conferencing application. With SNAPviews User Portals, configuration and management are simple and straightforward. Each user level within the application, from conference leader to NOC Engineer, has a distinct web portal to address the diverse functions of the system.
For example, the Conference Leader Portal allows for:
- Call Participant addition
- Access Code Configuration
- Call Initiation
- Participant Muting
Through the portal, the leader has the ability to add and delete conference participants, including both on-net and PSTN users. The leader also has the ability to configure all conference room parameters and initiate a conference session by calling all participants simultaneously.
By including the SNAPsuite NAS module with the Conferencing application, flexible real-time post-paid call rating can be accomplished in a multi-tiered environment allowing for easy and flexible usage billing.
