  CONFERENCING APPLICATION

NetSapiens Conferencing application uses industry standard SIP to provide advanced conference room capabilities. Built on a scalable and reliable High Availability architecture, the Conferencing application is designed to grow along with your business while ensuring that your customers experience minimal downtime.
As depicted above, there are multiple web portals available to the leaders and administrators of the Conferencing application. With the SNAPsolution User Portals, configuration and management are
simple and straightforward. Each user level within the application, from conference leader to NOC Engineer, has a distinct web portal to address the diverse functions of the system.

The SNAPsolution Conferencing Portal provides the ‘conference leader’ functionality for this application. Through the portal, the leader has the ability to add and delete conference participants, including both on-net and PSTN users. The leader also has the ability to configure all conference room parameters and initiate a conference session by calling all participants simultaneously.

By including the SNAPsolution Accounting Portals with the Conferencing application, flexible real-time post-paid call rating can be accomplished in a multi-tiered environment allowing for easy and flexible usage billing.

The SNAPsolution QA Portal is provided to the Conferencing application to allow administrators to record or monitor conference sessions.

In addition to standard SNAPsolution User Portals provided with the Conferencing application, NetSapiens will integrate with third party portals or provide custom portals at the request of the customer.
