BOSS

BOSS is the NetSapiens’ NOC tool that allows you to have unprecedented insight and understanding of the systems and processes that occur within the SNAPsuite platform.

BOSS is used for:

  • Support – Understand and support complicated call flows with instant SIP ladder graphs of any call through the system.
  • Monitoring – Monitor all aspects of system performance.
  • Alarming – Be informed of specified events by receiving alarm notifications when trouble occurs.
  • Trend Analysis – Graph and view events over time trends for analysis.
  • Configuration – Manage server and applications settings across the SNAPsuite platform.
  • Tracking – BOSS gives you direct access to the NetSapiens ticketing system, through which you can communicate with the NetSapiens support team and track all issues, including changes and updates to your system.
