Because the SNAPsuite platform has been designed from the ground up to support secure multi-tennancy and  hierarchical administration, you can service many customers and delegate administrative tasks in a way that enables you to satisfy the most demanding resellers with ease.

Within the system, customer groups are called Domains. Domains can be easily created and can be fully managed by a domain administrator. Resellers can be linked to one or more domains and can manage their own domains as the administrator.
