| By using SIP clients enabled for multimedia sessions
in conjunction with the Unified Messaging application, users
are able to employ voice, video, and text messaging sessions
simultaneously through one central applications server. This
powerful application can also be combined with Outlook-integrated
SIP clients such as the CounterPath eyeBeam to provide one-click
dialing from Outlook contact lists.
The Unified Messaging application also provides standard T.38 fax capabilities. The SNAPsolution End-User Portal for the Unified Messaging
application includes the ability to manage all user voice
messaging, including voice mail recording, retrieval, and
forwarding. The ability to configure voice mail retrieval
through email is also provided through this portal. When enabled,
voice mail notification is sent to the user-provided email
